    • Single rooms will not incur an additional charge compared to double rooms. Please specify whether you prefer single or double accommodation during the registration process.
    • Accommodation rates are all-inclusive, with a 10% VAT and a 2% accommodation tax added.
    • The effective sale rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey will apply on the congress entry day.
    • Accommodation requests must be for at least four nights and can cover the period from May 14-19, 2025; one-night reservations are not accepted.

    Airport Transfer One-Way Shuttle Service: 50 EURO

    • The above price is for a one-way group transfer per person between Antalya Airport and the hotel, with an additional 20% VAT. For private transfer requests, please contact BUMERANG GROUP.
    • Cancellations and Refunds: 50% of the transfer fee will be refunded for cancellation requests made before January 1, 2025. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this date.
    • Transfer fees may vary based on the current exchange rate. Please check with BUMERANG GROUP for updated prices on the desired transfer date.
