PAPER SUBMISSION

Abstract submissions will be made via the website. Points to consider when submitting a paper:

• All abstracts must be uploaded to the system in Turkish and English.
• Full texts can be uploaded to the system in Turkish or English.
• Abstracts will only be accepted through the online abstract submission system on the Congress webpage, and submissions sent by mail or fax will not be evaluated.
• Abstracts submitted to the Congress can be presented in Turkish or English.
• Authors will be electronically notified of the receipt of their abstracts.
• Abstracts will be evaluated by the Congress Scientific Committee and at least two scientific referees. The Scientific Committee will decide on their suitability, acceptance, and presentation format.

PAPER PRESENTATION

• Abstracts will be presented as oral or poster presentations.
• Oral presentations should be prepared in electronic format (PowerPoint, Keynote, Prezi, etc.) (presentation duration will be announced after the evaluation process).
• Poster presentations will be presented as E-Posters.
• After the evaluation and acceptance stage, an E-Poster template will be published on this page, and posters must be prepared according to this template.

PRINTING AND PUBLISHING OF PAPERS

• The full text or summary of oral presentations and only the abstract sections of poster presentations will be published in the 'Pelvic Floor and Cosmetic Gynecology Association Bulletin'.
• The Congress booklet and e-posters will be published online on the Congress website after the event concludes.
• To accept the presentation abstracts, the presenting author must register for the Congress.

Poster Presentation Features

• Posters will be displayed on screens as E-Posters. Printing is not required.
• Your poster must be prepared as a PDF file.
• The design must be in VERTICAL format.

• File size must be less than 10MB.
• Only PDF files will be accepted.
• Poster files can be uploaded to the system via the link sent by email after the paper is accepted.

Full Text Format

• The full text must be in A4 format (21 x 29.7 cm) with 2.5 cm margins on all sides.
• The title must be in 12 points, bold, centered, and capitalized. The English title should be formatted the same and written after a single line space.
• Author names, affiliations, and emails must follow the title.
• The document must use the Times New Roman font: 10 points for the abstract and 12 points for the main text with single spacing.
• A 350-word abstract in Turkish and English must be provided after the authors' information.
• Tables and images must not exceed the page margins.
• Leave a single line space between sections (e.g., Introduction, Methodology, Results, References).
• References must be listed alphabetically at the end and prepared in AMA (numerical) format.
• The article, including references and tables, should not exceed 10 pages.
